A note from our founder

I am a qualified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach registered with BRCP, and the founder of On Your Feet. With over 15 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, and educator, I am dedicated to helping individuals and groups improve their overall quality of life.

As a coach, I specialise in working with clients to achieve a variety of goals, including but not limited to:

  • Securing meaningful employment or a promotion
  • Returning to work after illness or injury
  • Improving nutrition
  • Promoting better sleep
  • Reducing stress

What We Do

Mental health first aid training

Fully accredited by Qualsafe Awards, teaching individuals to spot the signs and symptoms of the most common mental health conditions and how to support colleagues experiencing distress.

We offer full 2-day course, 1-day courses and half-day awareness courses.
