With thanks to The National lottery Community Fund and all The National Lottery players, we are now able to offer a range of our services to Birmingham residents, free of charge.
We understand the unique challenges faced by parents, and we're committed to providing the resources and support needed to thrive at home, and in the workplace.
Our services are open to anyone facing challenges in the workplace or looking to re-enter the workforce after a career break.
Our series of wellbeing workshops cover essential topics such as nutrition for busy lives, sleep and relaxation techniques, stress management, and fun family exercise sessions. These workshops are designed to help parents prioritise their wellbeing and improve their overall quality of life.
We offer a range of accredited training courses aimed at boosting parents' CVs and increasing their employability. Courses include first aid, food safety, safeguarding mental health in the workplace, and more. By acquiring new skills and certifications, parents can enhance their career prospects and open-up new opportunities.
Our employability workshops provide practical guidance on job-seeking skills such as CV writing, job search techniques, filling out application forms, and mastering interview techniques. We empower parents to confidently pursue their career goals and re-enter the workforce with confidence.
If you're a parent in Birmingham looking to improve your health, wellbeing, and professional skills, we invite you to join us!
